The Valletta Green Festival returns to transform the capital city into a vibrant living garden, celebrating sustainability, urban greening, and community engagement. Taking place from 30th April to 10th May 2026, the festival will feature a breathtaking series of floral installations, including a large-scale display at City Gate and in front of Parliament, leading visitors into a magical fantasy garden at St George’s Square. Throughout the festival, visitors can enjoy an immersive garden experience, engage in educational initiatives, and explore a diverse programme designed to inspire eco-conscious living. Project Green will be participating in this year’s Valletta Green Festival, contributing to the striking floral installations that will transform key landmarks across the capital.

Project Green will be present at Earth Garden, where participants are able to learn about plants, relax in a chill-out area and enjoy games at the interactive corner
Sunday, 7th June
In collaboration with Bird life Malta, Children are invited to discover pollination through interactive games, insect-vision flower hunts with UV lights, creative pollen and clay flower crafts, and engaging nature-based activities
Saturday, 27th June
In collaboration with Bird life Malta Children are invited to explore plants through hands-on crafts, root experiments, bark rubbings, canopy temperature tests, and microscope observations
