More Information

Pjazza Patri Redent Gauci, located adjacent to Fgura Primary School, is a popular spot for families, offering a playing field and a basketball pitch. The public garden was inaugurated in March 2000 and dedicated to Patri Redent Gauci, a Carmelite Friar who was part of the first Carmelite community sent to Fgura. Patri Gauci later became the Titular Bishop of Mauritania. This peaceful space honours his legacy and provides a recreational area for both locals and visitors.
