This space in the heart of the community had been neglected and faced issues with rainwater flooding. This regeneration and beautification project also includes recreational areas for children and adolescents. The works involve infrastructure and leveling, rainwater management for the area, the installation of paving, planting of trees and shrubs, modern recreational equipment such as swings and slides, the installation of modern, energy-efficient lighting, outdoor furniture such as benches, and a designated area for bicycle parking.
